Cash dividend sends right message - forward split dividend is a very bad idea. Don't fiddle with share structure ever IMVHO. Buy backs are a possible positive. That reverse split was ill advised, again, IMVHO.

As I was going up the stair, I met a man that wasn't there. He wasn't there again today. I wish to God he'd go away.
