We don't yet know whether he is a scam 'artist', that would suggest expertise so remains to be seen. We do know he has chosen to associate himself to a scam tho, by virtue of the fact he is now WAFR CEO. We'll have to wait and see what WAFR biz associates think over the next few days,,,,see if they buy a significant amount of WAFR shares! Dog, that will then tell us whether they think this guy is an 'experienced' scam artist or not!
