Yeah, I'm skeptical, too. I mean, even Morris Chang says that 10nm comes 2 years after 16nm.

So if we see 16nm in 2015, then we're looking at 10nm in 2017...assuming all goes to plan.

It's funny because TSMC claims its 10nm is FinFET, but I do not believe that Intel's 10nm will be a FinFET...probably more of a GAA FET as the natural extension of FinFET.
