In looking at the quote, "Considering FMV is around .035, the .01's should have been gone by now. This company is way undervalued and people are beginning to see that we are sitting on a bargain.", I'm baffled as to why you would consider that a claim and not an opinion. Is it the words around and should that have you confused?
