EZ2's previous accountant (LAZAR) received a negative oversight review. The new accountant (MOST) received a more favorable review. They were both reviewed in the same period. Now it makes sense why OTTO changed accountants. Also, the fact that we have a new accountant indicates that OTTO intends to remain a SEC compliant/reporting OTCBB company!
