Except that...
the SEC will need that information, even if it is not posted to the public...all part of their review before allowing ANY kind of name/CUSIP change, which will never happen for SKTO.
First they'll shut SKTO down once they have all of this information, because everything they're doing is Federally illegal.
Then they'll raid each of the supposed "contract" companies, and that will be the end of them, just like the one in SCM's video.
Sorry about that.
