Can someone please explain to me if 2.5 billion is the cap for more shares being issued? Also all the shares that were sold, were they sold to get rid of old management or strictly to get rid of debt?

If the 2.5 billion is the cap on it the SS can only get better from here right? I can understand the dilution to get rid of old management also.
