It seems to me that what you want to say is that since MMJ is federally illegal, nobody has EVER made money in that sector. Since the feds are going to bust down the door less and less people have been opening up Pot shops?
Im not Sure If you have been watching the growth of MMJ.. but the number of shops has grown and grown over the years. More and more people are making more and more money every year. MMJ patients still want to buy Pot, and there are more of them every day. This isnt a sector that is in trouble. It is booming. Bigger and bigger every year.
