Agreed, I'm sure there is some liability to the testing process and OSIS as well as MMTC would like the conformation from AOAC to ease that liability, just as their customers do. If the food safety system was working perfectly as is, they would not be making major changes to the industry. We are heading into a new arena of testing, reporting and government regulation. MMTC is working to have the MIT system up to the challenge for the future. MMTC ROCKS!!!!!
