It was due to investors wanting more before the run.. IMO Peep watching this was expecting NEWS and when it comes FRI will be a WARM UP GAME... Just a sample of what the major run will be.
As for the LOAN If PVSP goes as some here think they really won't need more investors!!! As some here have been wishing for maybe even a stock buy back...
PVSP is a bargain under 5 and a steal below 2!! JMO and yes I have put my money where my mouth is.. Just waiting now... GLTAL
