Data, great find. It appears this Hail Mary by Activision could potentially get crushed by Max. When this happens Activision will be vulnerable because they basically admit that they are infringing by only challenging the valididty. This could get exciting. If we can have Kidrin rework the financing and change his R/S strategy to better suit new Markman date, plus get the MSJ dismissed, this runs to new HIGHS!!
