Last time I checked VRNG and WDDD are still pending. How can you throw EDVA under the bus when these trials are still pending. Isn't it about what happens in the end? VRNG had several scary PACERS released challenging the validity of the patents, Google lawyers even lied about inventing a work-around. Isn't standard issue in these cases to try every move and angle even if it requires lying and cheating? That's how these attornies function. The SA article is a joke, it looks like Activision is really reaching on this one. It's ridiculous how "nit picky" these cases become......
