Never have I seen a person on RXII pump for 2 weeks straight saying it's going to 1 $ then look for something negative about the company and flip to a basher.A lot of shorting has been going on in the last month.With no success on bringing this down.To me it looks like you are trying to give people a false sense of security that your a long when maybe your looking to cover.Also you have no idea what they are doing with those shares.They have plenty of money for phase 2.Maybe they are expanding.The fact is I do not care.They have a game changing technology that is not well known to the mass public yet.They could come out tomorrow saying they found a way to cure ALS.Or a way to silence the gene.And they are also a buyout target which I would expect they would get about $3 a share at this stage due to there many, many patents.Another thing I'm sure they do not want to dilute Dr. FROST who owns a major amount of common which is why I was never concerned of a R/S.This is a 5 billion dollar company whithin the next 5 years whith just there scarring RXI109.Not to mention how many other ailments they will be able to cure in that time.Most pharma companies have well over a billion of OS shares and trade in the $20 range.There goal is to be on the Nasdaq and before stage 2 is finished so they want the price where we do as well so they will be very careful with how they decide to handle there shares.If they had 600 mill OS shares I would feel the same..Cheers Zo
