remember with the amero deal, doc said the a/s raised to 2 bil so they (amero) didn't have more than 10% of the company. with that said, amero has, at most, 200 mil shares. that's a lot of dumping from a disgruntled group.

anywho, i personally believe the new management lied when they first took over and said there has not been any dilution. although, with my eyes looking at the chart, it only looks like a few million shares (under 10), they lied none the less. of course that was months ago when they first took over. i haven't seen any signs of dilution since.
