Just returnd from a nice vaca where I cut myself off from the market for a few days... ...only to return to see that the merger was approved but the sp nosedived???

I'm sure this question has been asked days ago, but is there anything tangible that could possibly explain this? Or is the consensus opinion that it was simply a combination of shorts covering and MM's evening their ledgers? I have no idea personally.

What I do not believe is that the approval was priced in as the sp relative to where it has been over the past 12 months simply would not suppport this theory. I am admittedly surprised that there was not at least a modest uptick, especially the day after the vote.

Chas, or anyone else familiar with this: Is there anything that you see within either the capital structure of DSS or within any financing arrangements they may have that would create scenarios where one or more group of stakeholders (i.e. execs, other insiders, financiers, HF's/TUT's, etc) may have ANY incentive or motivation to see the sp at any particular level or collared within any particular range for any specific period of time?

TIA...
