I know that several here have posted that they did not believe a shareholder meeting was going to take place. Wonder if they actually called the Irvine Marriott to check. I did, they had no record of any meeting. They did find out that the meeting was going to be held at the Double Tree by Hilton. I called Kurt and received this email response:

Continental Prison Systems, Inc.’s annual meeting of stockholders will be held on July 16, 2013, starting at 11:00 a.m. The annual meeting will be conducted at the Irvine Double Tree, which is located at 90 Pacifica, Irvine, CA 92618. No means of electronic participation will be provided. Stockholders must be present either in person or by proxy.
