I have not had enough time to look at all of the details but I have two opinions on it:

1: I find it hard to believe that the law firm would not have made sure that everything was ok with what was filed.

2: From a quick search on what is a provisional application on the internet, it looks like to me that Worlds did NOT have to specifically cite to the provisional application in their patent application, Worlds just needed to make sure that the claims were substantially the same.

I did have some experience with patents in the past and was a 50% owner in two patents around 2000 or so (Shaped Multilayer Ceramic Transducers and methods for making same).
