So far the evidence has made every Judge this case has gone before has ruled in favor of CIRC.

PB shot themselves in the foot when in 2011 gave Letters out to distributors (old and new) stating CIRC contract as the exclusive manufacturer was in good standing and they were going to renew(meaning they would go another five yrs before deciding if they want to part ways or not). Those letters were sent out months before the 5 yr renewal was up. PB and CIRC kept changing the terms of the original contract. In order to focus on growing the distribution channels. Even PB top executives stated they wanted to stay with CIRC instead of going with Jimmy Esebag & Redi Frz but in the end greed got the best of them and every Judge this case has gone before has ruled in favor of CIRC.
