The suit was for a little over a million bucks and some change for back payments...and is sueing 9 other companies as well? Why is Macallister sueing you ask? Because the PREVIOUS managment defaulted on there payments, and now Macallister is going after the new managment...

But guess what...the suit will not hold up, and do you know why? Because all equip has been bought outright by Stuckert...UNDER CONTRACT...
