With the motion Activision filed yesterday, they just set the stage for an appeal if they lose a jury verdict ........

"Hail Mary is a good description. I believe this will be thrown out by the judge and the reason activision is doing this now is its their ONLY shot. I believe it gets thrown out and then activision buys WDDD patents. We may never see the Markman hearing."
