2. There is a current financing deal in effect, which has been classified floorless or a death spiral. It means that this stock will be heavily shorted for next several weeks. Iroquis deal makes him more money the lower the SP goes. This also triggered selling because investors believe lower prices are on the horizon.

3. There is not any further financing as of yet. However, R/S or other strategies will be exercised in order to uplist. This also triggered selling because people here dilution and get scared.
