My understanding (as of midweek) is the start up of #3 is going very well and people involved were very happy with the process.

I have mixed feelings on whether or not I want an update on #3.


Why would you not want an update?

It looks to me like Tony and Matt have no clue how to manage ongoing public knowledge about the start-up and functioning of P3. What do they think? Just let the MM boys on OTC manage it for you..? Brilliant.

Run-tickets or monthly updates of fuel production might be a good start. Better than having "boots" count or follow tankers.
