The Chart Formation is the reflection of the manipulation of both the MM's and the Co...but even though a "pink"..it still shows where it came from and where it is headed...

Extremely Rare...To see the macd ..while headed south or leveling south...just jump back over the "0" line to the north side!!

They would have to announce that they hit a gusher of 100,000 barrels/day for that to happen!

and as Far as the Co being "Spanked"...Well they must be into "S&M"..!!

Purported 4.5 Hundred million o/s a short while back....then a few Acquisitions...and the A/s is Gone?!!

Burnt 5.5 hundred Million Shares on "restricted" shares???

I don't think So...

I think they Spank the Sheet out of the o/s on the Open market...selling like no tomorrow...Diluting out the Shares for Cash...for the compliment to the restricted shares on the Acquisitions....and maybe put some in the Bank!

Definitly was a need to go for another Billion!!
