Oil is not my background...but, there are 30M barrels of NORX oil so let's see what we get using ONLY $50 per barrel which is ULTRA-conservative:

30M barrels of oil * $50/barrel = $1.5B

Let's use the A/S, 150M shares...

Book value is $1.5B/150M = $10/share

And let's say COSTS are HALF...

$5/ share is my target.

Now, factor in new projects and such...the potential is unlimited from here!
