They claimed it was an electronic screw up but wouldn't let me buy anything in the acct until the shares were delivered. The short balance and a margin call kept rising on the acct, (which they agreed not to enforce) as the stock went up from 05 to over a dollar. Finally got the stock but not sure what would have happened if the co. had not delivered the stock. The reason the stock flew was because no one had shares to sell. Neat trick by the co.
