Cirtran is the beverage's manufacturer, Play Bev with partnership with pureNRG are the distributors. Cirtran is only the manufacturer. Play Bev is not a subsidiary of cirtran. Play Bev is a subsidiary of playboy ventures. Common sense would be if the drinks are saling then cirtran would be manufacturing more product, their only revenue is from manufacturing the drink for play Bev. This however is a strained relationship, cirtrans legal issues stem from trying to distribute the drink themselves.
