Exactly. IMO, that's exactly what I think the plan is. Those parameters were put in place for a reason. As were the stooges for the whales Rauber and Bogolin. Bogolins blunders have destroyed the company thus far IMO.

The goal was and still is to get control of JBs preferred shares. IMO, the plans to bankrupt the company and for the whales to seize control thru a Bankrupcy.

Bogolin doesn't own a share, he will walk away with a parachute, like Rauber, and return to RKT, like Rauber probably did.
