I know that you are busy, but do you know, or heard anything when @ least that JT is planning to address the matter of when the stop sign is going to be taken off?
It would certainly be a shot in the arm to get the matter of filings up to date.
Are there any plans to @ least put out word by him concerning what course of action/direction he has for the company going forward & what the shareholders be expecting.
I am certain that if JT was in our place, he as @ least contemplated that he would react & feel in parallel to what we are currently going through.

Obviously, there is only so much you can say & knowing you are having to walk a fine line, but I hope you are not taking the wrong way in divulging, but if you can see you way to pass that along to enquiring interests that you are connected in some way;
it would be most appreciative.:)

Perhaps to some I might be being bold, but as a shareholder trying to be patient it would be nice (personally, not feeling it is asking too much)to having JT or a rep. of Union Equity (if that is still going to be the name, or are there plans to change that too)to be a bit more transparent in their dealings with the shareholders when the last management was not.

Apologize for coming across as being obtuse, insensitive, hard-headed. Imho speaking for myself I felt I have been more than just a little bit patient through all that has transpired in the past 12 months alone.
