Maybe so...
My bet is that they are desperately looking for additional monies from another investor/s. If you recall there was a list of folks during the Brumfield forced bankruptcy of CDEX that they listed as investors who were willing to throw down. The Q report tells all that it 's business as usual, big salaries, big bonus's, lies, etc.
Another thing to consider is that the two guys doing all the work at the CDEX SCAM , are both in their seventy's. The others probably don't contribute much to the overall product development. Which, at some point, when the money runs out, so will the two guys doing all the work.
And then there is the bridge too far, the possibility that it's just not working. The possibility that it is turning out to be a Rube Goldberg.
