Isn't it possible that when it reopens,

the price will drop significantly, but then when it drops, big buyers will scoop it back up?

Who are these big buyers? There are no institutional owners in this stock. Not unexpected. The Tutes won't touch a stock below $5. Neither do they pounce on stocks as soon as they break $5. So there are no big kids. Neither would they stick around, if they were in the stock. Thus, we have the definition of "big buyers" being limited to how much you or other individuals would buy. You may see posts encouraging people to buy those "cheap shares". That's individuals wanting to sell, hoping to get others to dive in deeper.

Don't its leases and their location still provide some good future value?

You might want to consider the leases are worth nothing. Management has apparently been caught in a pump&dump scheme by the SEC.

questions regarding the adequacy and accuracy of assertions by Polar, and by others, to investors in press releases and promotional material concerning, among other things, the company's assets, operations, and financial condition. Polar's ticker symbol is POLR.

The SEC is telling you not to believe anything management has stated in the past. Since 2010 approx 1100+ companies have been suspended, and none have made it back from the greys. It's up to you to decide whether to sell, buy, or hold against those odds.
