Some of the points you have made correlate with statements I have made on this board from simple conjecture, and not with the wealth of information behind them that you have offered today to make them seem more realistic.

Sure would like to see the lawsuit over with, the company return to a better board, and the True Product I.D. successfully implemented in China so that the rest of the world concludes it is the 'standard' they can't live without.
