Prediction: DFTS is under an SEC audit (or "investigation" if you prefer"), which is why the financials have not been filed.

1. DFTS refiled there 2004 10k in July. Three weeks before, NKMT refiled it's 10k twice. Why did NMKT refile? We found in Nov - it was due to an SEC audit/investigation (note: earlier, Lutz had lied to investors by suggesting it was due to Amex discussions...but the 10K update maps directly to the SEC audit).
2. the change in auditor is phil playing defense.
3. It doesn't take 6 months to audit a small company such as this.
4. Phil didn't tell investors about NMKT's SEC audit until he had to.
