In many of the words you mention below you right , unfortunately am running tuff business and every day dealing with people that cannot keep their commitments and I have to jump from one deal to next to get the necessary funding to close our deals and move on with operation.

No one of the investors see my daily fight , no one of the investor see the hard work we put on every day try to either close the deals we work, or create another one, what I can proof to you and every investor is that the merging I was promised is close and as long as the due diligence finalize it will be announcement , I know I have felt on the timing, and believe me XXX I have been is extremely stress situation try to rearrange thinks to sort the time , but without embarrassment on today?s world we have many , many in competed people that make the daily stuff worse. So I need to get this done and I will announcement official.

I also we have another two deals that we are working on and soonest the small financing approves will be announced, and those deals can be proved to everyone like to come by my office.

Good investors with strong believes should stay and be passion to deserve the glory, the trades it will always be traders and never change.
