We live in a virtual world old timers. It doesn't matter if you have a PO Box, or a physical address, what matters is the bottom line. Every QB public company has to have an independent certified SEC accountant do an audit on them, and tell the public what kind of business they are generating.
Having said that, EWSI has been trading at the same level as they did when they were NOT making money. Now their SEC auditor reported that they actually GENERATED REVENUE AND HAVE ASSETS this quarter, and the stock is still trading for the same price.
