There isn't much to give it steam to keep it moving upward at this point. The company isn't good at issuing PR - even a little from time to time to maintain interest. Reading the last report, the company will clearly need money to continue operations in the coming months and so one expects that as that date draws nearer, you will see a lot more activity and the pps should rise accordingly...
