Well for higher tiered shareholders who provided the up front funding, it is wonderful because it looks like they are going to get back some of their money. But for common shareholders like myself, I suspect it's over. Why would anyone consider turning a shell company with no product back to even chapter 11 when the deal Barmat worked out for the higher ups is working. It would make no sense to go through that for common shareholders. It was a high risk company whose owners did some illegal maneuvering and got for the most part away with it. As long as they keep making the payments that were stipulated in the settlement, there is no reason to think anything else will occur. It doesn't surprise me that they are making enough money now to make good on a $130,000 payment. It does surprise me they made the payment. I think I am at the giving up phase at the moment. I think it's a loss and that I will never see any of the money I put into this stock back. I just can't believe that when court documents support that what they did was illegal that there is no motivation to consequence them... Not even a slap on the hand from the legal system thereby passively encouraging them to do the same moves again at their earliest convenience.
