I know you didn't ask for my opinion, but I've given this considerable thought from all possible angles and would like to offer my input.

Whatever amount they raise it will be in their bank account initially. This adds value in the short term and is the primary concern for us. This should offset the dilution. We are all fairly confident in the long term or we wouldn't be here. The biggest problem we suffer from is lack of exposure, getting money to advance the project will help cure that. Nio will be cooking with gas.

These penny stocks don't usually trade on the usual metrics, basically if it's good news for the company it's good for the stock.

Also, whoever puts up this money will have a vested interest in seeing the project become successful and whatever price they pay will set a safe floor for the stock.
