Q: Hi,
Nobody has replied to my last couple of questions. Are you guys still responding to these questions? I was wondering if brokerages through which I purchased shares of sunncomm (ex. Ameritrade) will automatically transfer our sunncomm shares to MediaMax shares when the merger is complete? And, is the merger still on schedule? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Alex (12/16/2005 11:07:41 AM)
A: Hi Alex,
At the time of the merger, brokerage firms holding SunnComm shares for customers in the name of "CEDE and Co" (or "Street Name" as it is called), will be required to reconcile their holdings with the actual names of the beneficial owners (aka "you"). The reconciliation process should be transparent to retail customers like yourself.
SunnComm staff is looking forward to that reconciliation.
The merger is projected to be put before shareholders in both companies in Q1/06. There should be an advisory out in the near future.
Thanks for writng.
