I am nitpicking, I know, but, that last paragraph says: "g. On March 24, 2012, the Company received an Action by the USPTO. The Company’s Response was prepared by Cislo and filed on September 25, 2012, a copy of which is included as Exhibit 99.3 to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed November 13, 2013."
Perhaps I am not understanding this correctly, but how exactly can they say: "...a copy of which is included as Exhibit 99.3 to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed November 13, 2013." When it is only June 20, 2013? I would think that anything this important and legal/official would have been proof-read to catch and correct errors. We are almost five months away from November 13, 2013. Or am I misunderstanding something? Thank you.
