Says nothing about the NSA having FB data. They only REQUEST data if its judge approved, and then FB gives them a SFTP (very common file transfer protocol) with only the data they requested.

Now the transport layer (At&t and Verizon backbones), the layer that holds the Internet together is a different story, and the Feds have had that tapped for years. But that has nothing to do with FB or GOOG.
