I find it laughable that people are blaming or praising joe natural for his understanding of the funding deal.

Its your investment not his.

joe had NO idea what type of financing WDDD did until VERY recently ( and he still has it wrong).

look at joe's messages well AFTER the financing deal was done on March 14th.

look at his posts 7843,9964,10354,10445,10470,10480, etc......

I tried telling you all with posts 7810 and 7821


As far as the delayed Markman, as he said, someone tipped him off and he followed through.

And by the way, ITS NOT A FLOORLESS convertible debenture. There are restrictions that limit the downside. Maybe Joe can teach you about it sometime.
