Benz is the worst lawyer I have ever seen. Especially a grad of UT School of Law at Austin. He obviously failed Corporations 101 in his 1st year of Law School. He needs to learn how to understand the method of transfer of shares for a company merger within the company. Benz is a fool. Go back to school, idiot!!!! I have already contacted Etrade.
