A very brief review of previous company communications will clear up the confusion you seem to have..(Do they not have a management team supervising operational elements that serve a "Blue-Chip" customer base..(By the way, those Customers must be certain of the following: Do they have Insurance as well as Operating Authority before hauling their goods.) Meanwhile what you have stated is totally incorrect!
