AGAN... Both are Provider's of Logistics Services.. The way they handle their internal affairs is proprietary and will stand the light of day, that would be any day.. The CEO and his TEAM have well over 50 years of experience in the industry- Pre-De-Regulation 1980 Vintage and Beyond.. By the Way, the CEO is a specialist in Mergers and Acquisitions, an Attorney, having a CPA background.. I would "hang my hat" on that team any day..
