actually, 13 mil is weak....very, very weak......because you must always frame or reference volume relative to the stock O/s......

and, when there are over 3 BILLION shares O/s, normal trading activity should hover between 7-10% of that number.......which means 200-300 million shares per day would be "normal" activity....this stock doesn't even turn over 1% of its O/s.....that equals NO INTEREST.....

besides, read the last quarterly report and you'll see that over 300 million shares were dumped into the mix (via conversion) to recover money owed.....and that figure jumps to over 1/2 BILLION in the last year.....

if the stock was good, why would a creditor dump stock.....unless he knows this is a dog which will do nothing????
