OK Class...

4.5 hundred million out of a Billion was the Purported..

so how many from 4.5 to 10...well that is 5.5..

so 550 Million Shares!!

now how many were given away as "Restricted"??

What would be left over after that??

how many are Outstanding now??

Where are the Shares Left over from the purported 4.5 Plus the "Restricted" issues..

Oh...could it be they were sold on the open market for Cash???

I wonder??!!!

I think they call that DILUTION!!
