When they take Restricted Shares and hand them over for a purchase...restricted..as the word means...one does not see them fly by on L2 everyday....on the "OPEN" Market...

The O/s is up also from selling on the "OPEN" Market...for CASH!

That is in Addition to the Restricted Shares Issued!

They Burnt the A/S both ways..

Don't give me a lecture on Share Structure!
