I take a sublingual B12 everyday 2500 mcg. By the way it reads on the bottle FDA has not evaluated this product. I guess that I have been ripped off all of these years. I'm telling my doctor and walgreens that I want a refund because I read on a stock board that B12 cannot be taken orally.
