Lou...it is all a psychological game....those that cannot endure the pressure sell to those that can endure the pressure...thus buy low sell high...MM's put on the pressure shakin shares at the bottom so they have enough to sell on the ride up....this is where they make the bulk of their money...it is not made by buying high and trying to sell higher....they know buying is a definite at 52 week lows and as the accumulation is sold into the run up those poor schmucks that bought high and sold at the bottom jump off bridges.....just tell me the last major run that started at a 52 week high....major runs start at 52 week lows because this creates the best opportunity for volume buying that is not dominated by retail....they tear it down to shake retail but those retail buyers that can endure the pressure becomes smart money....see you in copper land....AIMHO..

Let me just add that this can go up ..down ...sideways who knows but in my opinion it will have the big run....
