I did re-read the fine print in the deal that states the 500,000 owed to a director is part of this investor deal.

So - maybe Mr. Erickson is one of the investors who receives some generous warrants.

Did VSUL pay an agent fee for the director to invest in the company himself?

If so, that is quite a transaction.
